Market Posture Daily is an independent project operated by a solo builder based in the EU. It provides educational crypto-market data, not financial advice, and is not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under MiCA.

Business registration

The operator runs as a registered EU sole trader (individual-activity basis). The business registration number and, where applicable, the VAT identifier, will be published here before paid subscriptions go live.

Hosting

The website is published as static pages via GitHub Pages. Posture Terminal and payments are powered by Supabase and Stripe respectively.
