1. Who we are

Market Posture Daily (“we”, “us”) is operated by an independent solo builder based in the EU. Contact: support@marketpd.com. Full business-registration details are in our Legal notice.

2. What the service is

Market Posture Daily publishes daily, educational market data about major crypto-assets — trend posture, indicators and charts computed from public market sources. It is information and education only: not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

We are not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA): we do not offer, trade, exchange, custody, transfer, place or advise on crypto-assets, and we operate no trading platform. We publish information only.

3. Accounts

You need an account to access Premium. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live and not barred from using the service under applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Premium is a recurring subscription billed via our payment processor (Stripe) in EUR until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and include any VAT where applicable. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and you are not charged again afterwards.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU)

Because this is digital content/services supplied immediately, at sign-up you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for the part already supplied. Where the right still applies and the service has not been used, contact us within 14 days for a refund.

6. Acceptable use

Do not resell, scrape, redistribute or republish Premium data, share your account, or attempt to bypass access controls.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Crypto-asset prices are volatile and you can lose money. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the data.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update the service and these terms; material changes are posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s country of establishment in the EU, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
