Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Premium is a recurring subscription — monthly or annual, in EUR, handled securely by Stripe. You're billed each period until you cancel. Any applicable VAT is included where required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. No lock-in, no cancellation fee.
What exactly is “the data”?
Free-tier numbers are computed daily from public market data (price & volume) across every asset we track. Premium adds the full derived suite — regime, streaks, momentum, relative strength, a correlation matrix and a 0–100 strength score — plus a weekly aggregate, de-identified research digest: totals and rates only, never individual addresses or trades.
Is this investment advice?
No. Everything here is general market data and education. It is not personalized advice and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are responsible for your own decisions; consider speaking with a licensed professional. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money.
What about refunds?
You can cancel any time to stop future charges and keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. Because Premium is digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day EU right of withdrawal is waived once access starts (see the Terms). If something genuinely goes wrong — a billing error or a service outage — email us and we'll sort it out fairly.
Who runs this, and do you hold crypto?
It's run by a solo technical builder based in the EU who also runs private, automated crypto trading systems. The operator may hold some of the assets mentioned. Some outbound links (exchanges, hardware wallets) may be affiliate links, clearly labelled as advertising (#ad).
